do the studs of soccer cleats dig into the field and reduce PRESSURE or FORCE on the feet, etc somehow?
I really don’t know any thing about soccer shoes! "i’m thinking of buying soccer cleats… but i have no idea about the studs" please help!

i live in Calgary so things here are hard to get because they barely ever come in.
i am starting the outdoor season in soccer and i need new shoes because my other ones dont fit.
i went to physio because of a knee injury and she said that i had to get shoes which had support for my foot arch becsue im flat footed-

so now, which outdoor soccer shoes would you reccommend and which indoor shoes would you reccommend? (both for soccer)

hello. my running shoes are completely ruined (long story, mud+rain and stuff) and until i get new ones i only have a pair of indoor soccer shoes i can wear for sneakers (old running shoes don’t fit). they are just your classic pair of indoor soccer shoes, the black and white adidas ones: http://dsp.imageg.net/graphics/product_images/p120978p275w.jpg

my question is… can i go on a long run on these without getting shin splints or other injuries?

My uncle is wondering this because he wants to buy some soccer shoes online and the discription says that it is PU leather and my uncle says that PU is cheaper that synthetic leather so I would like to know.Thanks.
