i have conair hair clippers….and one time after i cut my hair i rinsed the balde off (i dont use a guard at all) and the next day they had some brown stuff, maybe rust?

and im gonna take the blade off with a screwdriver but whats good to clean them?

Should I trim my hair before I cut it with hair clippers? I am a male and my hair is approx. 4.5 inches in length. I want to cut it down to 1.5 inches using a no. 12 guide comb. I ask this because the last time I done this my hair came out to be less than 1 inch and it look horrible. I was wondering if it was because it was so long to begin with. Please help… Thank You

Hi! I was wondering how those removable plastic "depth" guides work on hair clippers. They don’t make any sense to me. If you put one of those on, and ranor over your scapt, I don’t see how it would stop the hair from being cut right next to the scalp the hair can still enter and the clippers ARE right next to the scalpt. I just don’t get how they work. I see the teeth they have, but it appears as though this would merely comb the hair, not protect the hair form being cut too short. I just don’t get it . thanks

Any know the best voltage converters for hair clippers to use? I travel to Europe alot and have tried big 400watt converters down to the 50 watt converters and my hair clippers still make a loud annoying sound shake violently for both.

Something not way expensive but not really cheap either. Hair clippers that a guy that cuts his own hair would just LOVE!

I want to shave my dog for the summer. I know his coat keeps him cool, but I looked it up and it says to shave it one inch. I was going to take him to the groomers, but then I was wondering if I could shave him with men’s hair clippers with the one inch cartridge on it. He is very patient and well behaved. I know he will let me do it, but I still didn’t know if that was okay. If you guys have any suggestions or comments, I’d really appreciate!!!!!
